Lindsay appeared in court yesterday looking like the ghost of party past, and finally accepted the plea bargin that the state of California has been offering since last Fall. She will go to a live-in rehab facility for 90 days. This comes along with pleading no contest to lying to police about her accident over the summer. She'll have to go to psychotherapy for 18 months and 30 days of community service. This will be another circus as Lindsay told reporters as she left the court that she chose rehab "because jail scares the crap out of me". She knows about both jail and rehab as she has been jailed 5 times, and had at least 5 stays in rehab. Us Magazine had her entering rehab for the 5th time in 2010. Rehab can't work if you only go because you're ordered there. You've got to want the help. It would be like sending Donald Trump to hair rehab. Does this guy look like he's going to take advice from anyone about his hair?
