The Incredible Hulk was actually Dr David Banner. A friendly man wrongly accused of a murder he didn't commit. Due to an experiment on himself where he gave himself too much something, when he gets angry he turns in to a monster. Charlie Sheen is a friendly guy who got away with shooting his girlfriend in 1990. Due to experimenting with giving himself too many drugs most of the time, he is now a monster. Feeling his wrath now is a 9 year old girl named Victoria who goes to the school Charlies daughter used to go to. Charlie says Victoria bullied his daughter. He brought it up to the school administrators who didn't do anything in his opinion. So he put his daughter in another school. That's where most parents story would end. But not Charlie. Yesterday he tweeted to his fans

"If you have a rotten egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog s**t, I urge you to deliver it with 'extreme prejudice' to the campus run by trolls and charlatans. Make me proud. And if you're feeling the 'show and tell' of it all, smear the s**t to spell one name on the front door: VICTORIA."

When contacted by TMZ for comment he wouldn't back down even though the bullying according to him took place over a year ago. 

"There's no statute of limitations on bullying." As for why the dog poop ... Charlie said "They needed a visual reminder not to forget the epidemic of bullying." As for Charlie targeting the alleged bully who is only a 9 year old girl he screamed, "9-year-old!!! How about the 9-year-old who is harmless and sweet and was just trying to make a friend."

And that's how you justify in your head having people write a 9 year old girls name in dog crap on the front door of her school. That'll teach her Charlie. Or it could just encourage her to step up her game. You've now set the rules for her Charlie and remember there's no statute of limitations.
