I have no idea what kind of magic spell this guy has put LiLo under, but Mark Heller owns her. Lindsay as you may recall fired her last lawyer, whom the legal community had been raving over. Shawn Chapman Holley was regarded as a damn wizard for her ability to keep Lindsay out of jail despite her bi annual arrests. This new guy is considered a buffoon. So much so that the Judge admonished Lindsay from the bench for hiring him. TMZ reports Judge James Dabney said "if you continue to retain Mr Heller as council I will order you to appear before my bench to explain why you are waiving your right to a competent lawyer".  I imagine Mr Heller responded "I know you are but what am I"? He then took Lindsay out to his car to do lines off the dashboard.
