Rihanna is known for dressing... well kind of like a Times Square hooker of the 1980's. I guess she felt like hookers of today shouldn't have to settle for Fredericks of Hollywood, and wanted to bring some of the classics back. So over the weekend she launched her new fashion line.

I'm not sure if this fan expected something more creative than stuff you could already buy at discountstripper.com but according to the NY Daily News The man, who has not been identified, began screaming at the superstar as she entered The Box nightclub for her afterparty celebration of her new fashion line. A witness said the man threw a bottle of Lucozade, a British energy drink. Rihanna fell against a metal shop grate during the mayhem and cut her right knee. Her bodyguard chased the man and hurt his leg severely enough that he needed to be brought to the hospital. The man who threw the bottle was not caught. The Mirror reports Rihanna was too high to do anything as she refused to mingle with guests and stayed holed up in her Winnebago smoking weed with best friend Melissa Forde. And the Examiner reports that the man who threw the bottle at her was upset that she had gotten back together with Chris Brown. Oh. So it wasn't about the dissapointment over her fashion line...I guess the guy didn't like the idea of her getting back with a guy who would hit her, so he hit her with a bottle. Now that I think about it, this guy probably wants to get with Rihanna too, and if she's into being hit, this could be his way of hoping to catch her eye, so he can then blacken it.
