LeAnn is suing her dentist for "permanent cosmetic deficiency". Damn! What did he do to her? Dr Duane McKay is dentist to the stars on Sunset Blvd, and has been her dentist for 3 years. LeAnn says she went to him for veneers, and hoped he could help her with TMJ pain that she's suffered with most of her life. Well she says the pain is worse now, and she says he messed up her mouth so bad it has affected her ability to perform! In her malpractice lawsuit, LeAnn is seeking unspecified damages for physical, emotional and psychiatric injuries. She also wants money for loss of past and future earnings. Wait! Is she retiring? Loss of future earnings seems to say I can't sing no mo! Is she cancelling the 15 concerts she has listed on her site that start next week? And what is she talking about loss of past earnings? She did lots of shows last year and even had her 2012 backstage rider featured on the smoking gun for her love of boiled eggs and tequila. And her new album will be released this Spring according to her website. So the past and future earnings thing seems a bit much. But if he gave her a "cosmetic deficiency" it means her looks have been ruined. So how did her teeth look before?
