Hugh Hefner, or Hef as those of us who pretend we're friends with him call him, is the man most responsible for pushing the open discussion of sex in to mainstream conversation. Before Playboy, people told a few close friends about their conquests, and failures. But Playboy made it so people started discussing with a lot wider group of friends and by the late 60's was being spoke of by celebrities in national interviews! I remember reading with wide eyed wonderment, the interview with the newly elected President Jimmy Carter, where he discussed sex.

Yes I, like most young men of the 70's, read Playboy for the articles. Hef is now 86 years old and has finally sowed his wild oats because he has just gotten married to Playmate Crystal Harris. Speaking of oats, Hef can only gum Quaker Oats for his meals now. Now back to the wedding night I bet that was hot!

So what's happening since then love birds? Crystal went on Huffington Post for an interview that went-a-lil-something-like-this;
How intimate are you and your husband? Is the sex hot?
"Well since Hef is older now and has had the phase of his life — the phases of all the girlfriends and all that kind of stuff — I feel now is more, you know like cuddling up and watching a movie or playing backgammon.”
“So does that mean that you don’t have sex?” HuffPost Live host Alyona Minkovski asked.
“Ah, I’m not gonna — no comment,” Hefner said with a laugh.
Backgammon? Really?! Anyways "no comment" speaks volumes! Like when I was a kid and my mom found that interview I was reading with Jimmy Carter, and asked "Is this your Playboy"? No comment would have told my mom I was guilty! So I cleverly said I was holding it for my friend. Which was true because we had found it in the woods together and it was my week to have it... Don't judge me.
Crystal likewise should have said a version of the truth! When the lady asked "So does that mean you don't have sex"? She could've honestly replied "I have lots of sex"...and left off the part about it being with the pool boy.
