Lilo has been on parole it seems since the 80's, but in reality it's only been about 5 years. Obviously the parole keeps getting extended by new offences. Regular folks would be serving lots of years in jail for all of these crimes, but remember, regular folks wouldn't have the opportunity to commit all of these crimes. If you did like Lindsay and stole a car and kidnapped 3 victim and led police on a 100 mph chase through LA high on coke you would've received a timeout...for a couple of years at the graybar hotel. But she has been allowed to continue her out of control behavior for years with more and more warnings. Lindsay is currently being sued over her involvement in an accident from 2010 but has told the lawyers for the plaintiff "I don't have time to be deposed". Yet as you know they see pics of her partying all over the world! She even told them she was out of the state last week but they bumped in to her as she was making her way in to court over a different car accident. After her court appointment she went and got her lips plumped up at a plastic surgeon. Maybe duck lips can be accepted as an excuse to avoid talking at a deposition? 

The cash seems to have finally dried up as the Daily News reports she is now living in her moms house. It'll be interesting to see how Dina and Lindsay spin this in to a positive. "Lindsay has become so succesful that we decided to help her maintain some balance she should sleep in her old room with New Kids On the Block Posters. And it will be convenient for her too now that she has landed the lead in the Broadway production of Rent....which will be done here on Long Island right off exit 59 on the Long Island Expressway across from Johnny Rockets.
