That headline makes a lot of people smile. Sadly the "torture" is actually just the DA making sure he serves his sentence. As you can see from this photo, Chris dressed up like he was joining a Debarge reunion tour and strolled in to court with Rihanna a respectful 6 feet behind him with her head bowed. Rihanna has learned to keep out of Chris's reach when he's in a bad mood.

The reason for Chris's sour mood is the DA announced that he believed Chris violated his probation by submitting bogus community service records. Sources said on some of the 180 days of service that Chris submitted it would have been impossible, because he was out of the country on those days! Another witness named Neil Cobb told the DA "Chris never helped me do floors at the Tappahannock Children’s Center." But Chris submitted that he had waxed floors there as part of his community service! If Chris is found to have made this stuff up the Judge could sentence him to jail for up to a year for violating his probation after he was found guilty of whooping up on Rihanna!

Brown's lawyer said yesterday that Chris has fulfilled his community service and "the DA is torturing Chris"! Wouldn't that be sweet if it was true....Stop daydreaming. Chris has a lot of money and is going to vigorously fight these accusations! And suddenly witnesses who were solid as a rock against Chris are transforming in to waffle houses. It's like the reverse of what happens when you eat that light and fluffy waffle at 2am and it transforms in to a rock by the time you wake up. The latest waffler is the floor waxer who now says  "He mighta did floors ... but he didn't do it with me. I never said the guy didn't do his community service." said the floor waxer from his Bahamas vacation home.
