Justin got a fat payday to rock Mark Cuban's Superbowl party. 3 million for 2 hours. Sweet! What wasn't sweet was his intro for "Cry Me A River". For those of you not familiar with the Justin Timberlake hit from a decade ago it wasn't written shortly after he found out his long time girlfriend Britney Spears was cheating on him with their mutual friend choregropher Wade Robson.

The lyrics include;"You don't have to say, what you did, I already know, I found out from him. Now there's just no chance, for you and me, there'll never be. So cry me a river".  For 10 years it's been known that the song is about his breakup with Britney and he's never denied it. And he's still apparently bitter about it. So when he introduced it over the weekend he said "Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out that she is just some bitch." Well the twitterverse exploded! And shortly after the concert Justin explained...sort of?

I'm trying to translate that. I hear everyone talking about how I intoduced my song about Britney by calling her a bitch but in one of her songs she uses a funny accent to say it's Britney bitch so it's not disrespectful when I say she's a bitch. I also never disrespect anyone personally. I guess he does it impersonally like when they're not around and you're introducing a song from 2002 about them. Britney had a song a few years ago called Womanizer. "Baby, you got all the puppets with their strings up Fakin' like you're a good one but I call 'em like I see 'em I know what you are, what you are, baby Womanizer, woman-womanizer, you're a womanizer". Sound familiar?

Maybe when she introduces that song she could say here's a song about a guy who sucks in bed. Then tweet "I thought he said that he sucks in bed. Maybe I misunderstood because he said it with a funny accent".
