A bouncer at Martini Ranch Bar claims Jason sneezed on him. He asked Jason for an apology and Jason became hostile and punched him. Police were called and when they arrived Jason was out front bleeding on the sidewalk. Paramedics were called and they said he became aggressive with them telling one "keep your f---ing hands off me you f---ing hillbilly" and began pushing him. A cop reports "delivering a knee strike to suspects right thigh in order to get him back on the ground".

Now is when the report gets really colorful! The suspect was read his Miranda rights but continued insulting us from the back of our squad car. "Guess what fa**ot? I f***ing love this. I f***ing own you guys so hard. I'm rich and I'm a motherf***ing famous actor! F***ing look me up, bitch. It smells like s**t in your car and your breath smells like diarrhea." Moments later the suspect leaned to the left and defecated in his pants. He then shouted "I told you I'm happy as s**t." When we called his wife to inform her of his status in our holding cell she said  "I'm so sorry for the trouble he's causing you guys! I know he's an a**hole when he drinks."
