There's only room for one boss and you're looking at her. Lindsay will accept your advice but if she chooses to crush that advice up and snort it, that's her business. Lindsay has been using the services of attorney Shawn Holley. Shawn has been navigating the rapids that is Lindsay's legal troubles for a couple of years now. TMZ reports that Ms Holley had negotiated another incredible deal for LiLo to go to rehab to avoid a mandatory 6 month jail sentence for lying to police and for one of her many jewelry thefts. Those are both violations of her parole, but the judge and prosecutor had agreed to bundle and save so LiLo would knock them both out with her rehab. But remember who is the boss! Lindsay was speaking on the phone with her attorney yesterday, who was driving to court on her behalf to cut this deal. Lindsay said no way. When Ms Holley pushed back explaining that if she doesn't take this deal she had crafted, Lindsay would have to go to prison, Lindsay called BS. And to prove she meant it, she fired Shawn over the phone. Lindsay hired a new lawyer who she probably met drinking. Mark Heller was suspended for practicing law for 5 years, but is now back in business. Heller is the one who faxed Shawn a letter letting her know that Lohan would now be his client. But a few hours later Lindsay says she told Heller to fax another letter Shawn which cancelled the first. Huh? So is Shawn Holley, Lindsay's attorney again? You know the answer! It's whatever LiLo wants, because she's the shot caller...speaking of shots she's probably calling for more now.
