That's a photo of Charlie with LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa that was tweeted with the caption "From Boyle Heights 2 Mayor of LA..! @hotelelganzo 2 party w/SHEEN at SheenZ..! Antonio Villaraigosa knows how to party!" The Mayor was asked about it on Channel 4 LA and he said "I had a three-minute conversation and took a picture with him, that simple. I take a picture virtually every single day, 50 times. And I took a picture with him ... I have never said no to anyone who wants to take a picture." Now Charlie says the Mayor is lying. "I memorize 95 pages a week, so the last thing that I am is memory challenged. We hung out for the better part of 2 hours, discussing his L.A. roots, his poignant bullet campaign as well as his 3 AM lawn-watering tactics. He's a terrific guy, a great Mayor and he can drink with the best of 'em: Me! Quite a memorable night indeed." The photo was taken in Cabo. The entire hotel was booked for Charlie's bar opening. 

So I'd have to believe Charlie's version. The Mayor acts like he was strolling through a hotel when Charlie Sheen saw him and Charlie asked if he could take a picture with him. The photo appears to be taken in Sheen's suite, which is in fact what Charlie told TMZ. So how would the Mayor explain what he was doing strolling through Charlies hotel room in Mexico? It's filled with party people like Slash and porn stars. You don't end up in that suite unless you want to party. Obviously it's not a good look for an elected official to be partying like rock star. The President gets enough grief for hanging out with Jay Z and Beyonce. Imagine if he was hanging out with Lil Wayne and Lindsay Lohan. Which I could imagine VP Biden doing...So if you want to party with porn stars on your private time just apply the Bieber rule of "I own all photographs of myself". Or a better rule, be more discreet.
