The holidays are a time when broken families gather for awkward hand offs of the children. Sometimes those hand offs are fumbled. Halle Berry filed for an emergency order of protection against her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey because "he started a fight with my fiance Oliver Martinez in front of our daughter". She also called the police and had Gabriel arrested. As you might imagine Gabriel has a different version of events. He says Thanksgiving morning around 10am he was dropping their daughter off at Halle's house when her fiance came out to meet him and said "we need to talk". So he turned around to walk back and shut the car door. But before he got there he was jumped by Martinez. Martinez slammed his head on the concrete while screaming that he and Halle had already wasted 3 million dollars trying to move to France. It was wasted because Aubrey had won a court order that their daughter has to stay in LA near him. Martinez screamed "we're moving anyway and if you try to stop us again I'll kill you"!

Just going off these 2 stories I'm believing Gabriel. I believe Oliver is ticked that he can't move home to France. Well he could, but he'd have to break up with Halle Berry. He's like a kid with a hand full of candy stuck in the candy jar. He can't get out unless he lets go. But if he could smash the candy jar he could have the candy. He might hurt his hand but that's a small price to pay. The candy jar will never have any control over his life again and he just has to get his hand fixed.
