Tim McGraw was joined by video director Shawn Drake to answer questions along with the World Premier of the music video for "Highway Don't Care".

Tim revealed his 16 year old daughter who just got her driver's license was the inspiration for the story magnifying the risks of teenage distracted driving and the danger of texting behind the wheel.

At 19:15 into this 30 minute Premier Special video, Tim is asked about teenage driving and breaks down for a moment thinking about his girls! Sweet moment.

Amy Bowen, a Dallas-based singer-songwriter is suing country stars Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood over their #1 2011 Country hit hit “Remind Me.” At the time Ms. Bowen lived in Nashville and used the stage name Lizza Connor.

She says she wrote “Remind Me” in 2007 and copyrighted the lyrics in 2008. She claims that the 2011 country hit was a rip-off of her song.

Her suit states that she played the song in public 19 times and played it at a workshop where songwriters Kelley Lovelace and Chris Dubois were present. Lovelace and Dubois were listed as co-writers with Brad Paisley on “Remind Me.”

The suit claims that Bowen's version of “Remind Me” is “substantially similar” to the Paisley-Underwood collaboration.

Bowen's chorus:

All it takes is your kiss to remind me

All I need is your touch to remind me

Yesterday's gone

Take me to the place we started from

When love was young

Baby, remind me

The first chorus in the Paisley/Underwood song:

Been so long, bet you forget

Amy Bowen is asking for in excess of $10 million from the song.

It's not the only country hit that's been challenged.

Justin Moore was sued last year by someone who claimed Moore's hit “Backwoods” was similar to a song he had written.

Another songwriter who will now NEVER get backstage passes to meet Tim McGraw sued Tim over his hit song “Everywhere”. A Federal judge dismissed that suit after ruling that there was no evidence Tim's song was directly copied.
