Restaurant Manager Saves A Life After Intuition Told Her To Go Outside

 Delta Harper, the manager of Atlanta restaurant Agave tells Fox 5 that "something told me to just take a break and go get some air. I come out to curb here. And I see this young fellow riding his scooter, back and forth. I guess he is about 7 and then I realized he's not playing. He's lost. I could see he was scared. As I was starting to understand the situation he got off the scooter and started walking into the street"

That street is Boulevard SE. One of the busiest streets in Atlanta.

Delta says "I just jumped out there and screamed, 'Stop! Stop! Stop!' Top of my lungs."

She ran and scooped the boy up as several cars slammed their brakes on. She brought the boy into her restaurant, got him something to drink and called the cops. Turns out the cops had already been contacted by his parents and were searching for him. When the parents entered the restaurant Delta says "I just grabbed his mom and we hugged for - it seemed like an eternity. I was bawling. I'm so happy he's OK, that his parents are going to be OK. I'm just really emotional about it".
