Generous customer leaves massive tip for servers being displaced.

Coaches Bar and Grill is in Columbus Ohio. Like most restaurants around the country Coaches is moving to a carryout/delivery only business model. For people who typically make the majority of their money off of tips, this is going to dramatically reduce their income.

WTHR reports that a customer, who asked to remain anonymous, dropped a massive tip of $2500 along with a note.

Owner Benny Leonard said "this is an unbelievable act of kindness on a pretty weird day."

"We’ve got unprecedented times going on, we’ve got people fighting over toilet paper and so on and so forth, and to have a guy show up and care enough about people that give him a beer and a hamburger once in a while, that means a lot. It’s humanity at its best."
